My Sheri Crafts #82

My Sheri Craft is now two years old!  To celebrate... this week's theme is all about birthdays for the little ones.

I created this project for my niece, Emily, who will be turning 2 years old.  I made these goodie boxes using a Dunkin Donut box template I bought for $.27!  LOL!  The girl at the counter looked at me when I told her I just wanted to buy the box.  Of course, I bought a donut as well, but I had her put it in a small bag.

This week's theme over at Jingle Belles is to make a card inspired by the image below from Pottery Barn

My Sheri Crafts #81

Easter Pastels

This week's theme over at My Sheri Crafts, is to use Spring's pastels and make a craft project with it.

Since it was my first project back as a Design Team member... I wanted to add my signature love to using feather boas.  YES!  After a LONG break, I'm finally back with My Sheri Craft's Design Team!  I'm so excited to be working with a new group of talented people.

I had intended to make this project initially for Easter for my three kids.  The bags were left over party bags from my girls' birthday party back in 2007... I had exactly three left!  Why I held on to them... who knows... why do we hold on to all the stuff we have in our stash?  So we'll have them in case we need them!

The green bag is the original size just folded over at the top, I had cut the two purple ones to add the feather boa and the handles

  • Papers: DCWV
  • Spellbinder: three different die cut frames for the three bunnies
  • Bunnies: downloaded from 321 Coloring Pages and colored with Copics
  • Cricut cartridge: Designer's Calendar - "Easter"
